Future Opening: Coffee Bar Coodinator

The coffee bar is a vital component for creating a warm, inviting environment each Sunday at the Rush Creek Green Oaks Campus. This ministry accomplishes more than delivering delicious beverages and treats to our attenders; it helps establish an atmosphere of comfort and welcome to guests and partners. Our ideal coffee bar manager understands that each cup is a gesture of love, and each person is an opportunity to bless.

 

·      Love Jesus and people

·      Lead volunteers through training, scheduling, recruiting, and vision casting

·      Eventually order supplies, maintain the budget, and other general administrative duties 

 

·      A follower of Jesus Christ and have demonstrated faith through full immersion baptism

·      General barista knowledge 

·      The ability to relationally lead a volunteer team

·      Strong organizational skills

·      A heart for hospitality
